Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at natrajamrutam@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photograph of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Reason for refund

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exceptions

  • No refunds for items returned after 7 days.
  • Products used, tampered with, or without original packaging will not be eligible.
